All orders are subject to availability.
Once a quotation is accepted and confirmed, no returns or refunds are possible. Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations or changes to the order may not be accommodated after confirmation.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order.
5. Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

We take the utmost care in producing high-quality chocolate prints. However, please note that variations in color, texture, and design may occur due to the nature of the printing process and the use of edible materials.
It is your responsibility to follow the care instructions provided with your delivered chocolates. Failure to store the chocolates in the correct environments as directed may result in quality deterioration or changes in appearance.
